You have a Smart TV and Netflix is not behaving correctly. You want to reset it but don’t know how.
I had this problem when removing a profile from Netflix but my smart tv was still using that profile and so it gave a connection error.
- Start the Netflix-app. It wil give the connection error and a button that will return you to the main screen. Don’t press that button but do the following…
- Press the following sequence on your remote:
up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up, up, up
- You will get a screen with customer information and a button for
- Now restart the Netflix-app.
- Login again
